Shop Carbon Parts operates this website and online store. Throughout these terms, "Shop Carbon Parts," "we," "us," and "our" refer to that business.

Use of the store

By visiting the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked on the store. You must use the store only for lawful purposes and provide accurate information when ordering.

Product information and compatibility

We aim to describe products, materials, options, prices, and vehicle compatibility accurately. Aftermarket-product fitment can vary by model year, chassis, trim, body style, factory options, prior modifications, and market. Customers must review the listing and provide accurate vehicle information before ordering. Vehicle names and trademarks are used only to identify compatibility; Shop Carbon Parts is an independent aftermarket retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any vehicle manufacturer.

Orders and acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of an order but does not guarantee acceptance. We may reasonably decline or cancel an order because of unavailable inventory, pricing or listing errors, inability to authorize payment, suspected unauthorized activity, shipping restrictions, or incorrect customer information. If we cancel a paid order before fulfillment, we will refund the full amount charged, including shipping and taxes, to the original payment method within 7 business days of cancellation. If only part of an order is canceled, we will refund the canceled items, associated taxes, and any shipping charge attributable to those items. A company-canceled order does not require separate refund approval. If payment was authorized but not captured, the payment provider releases the authorization hold instead.

Prices, payments, and taxes

Prices and available payment methods are shown at checkout. Applicable discounts, shipping charges, and taxes are displayed before an order is submitted. Customers authorize the selected payment provider to process the displayed total.

Shipping, returns, and warranty

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Return and refund eligibility is governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Eligible product or manufacturer defects may also be covered by our 6-Month Limited Warranty.

Installation and vehicle use

Many products require test fitting and professional installation. Customers are responsible for following product instructions, using qualified installers where appropriate, and complying with laws and vehicle-safety requirements that apply in their location. Do not install or use a product if it appears damaged, incorrect, or incompatible.

Intellectual property

Store text, layout, graphics, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification or compatibility where applicable.

Third-party services

The store may use Shopify and third-party payment, shipping, tracking, analytics, review, financing, or other services. Those services may have separate terms and privacy practices. Links to third-party services are provided for convenience and do not transfer responsibility for their independent systems.

Prohibited activity

You may not misuse the store, interfere with its security or operation, submit fraudulent information, attempt unauthorized access, infringe intellectual-property rights, or use the store in violation of law.

Except for obligations stated in our policies or required by law, the website and services are provided on an "as available" basis. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified.
